About the role

Nolato Silikonteknik has its headquarters and technical center in Hallsberg. Here, the company's world-leading solutions and products based on electrically conductive silicone are produced, developed, and refined. The end products are used in several different industries such as telecommunications, automotive, consumer electronics, medical technology products, renewable energy, and security applications. They are world-leading in developing solutions for EMC and Thermal Management.

Nolato Silikonteknik has approximately 80 employees in Hallsberg and about 500 globally with locations in China, Malaysia, Hungary, Mexico, England and the USA. The company has good growth with a large international customer base that is growing continuously. Several of the customers are world leaders in their fields and develop high-tech products with a very high level of complexity.

 Responsibilities and duties

As Global Account Manager, you are offered a challenging job in a dynamic and international company. You will be responsible for the global budget of (at least) one of Nolato's largest customers. To assist you, there will be local sales and project teams in Asia and USA.

One of your main tasks is to develop and nurture one of Nolato's key customers in segment Telecom in a business-wise and strategic way. You are expected to manage and develop new paths of collaboration and project manage the technology and the market, both in terms of existing products and new applications. Understanding the costumer's need and development potential is an important part of the role.

As Global Key Account Manager at Nolato Silikonteknik, it also includes following and managing the business during the entire project and production phase. You collaborate closely with the technology and project teams, research and development, production, supply chain and quality. You work continuously with proactive problem solving and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the customer's development and R&D departments as well as purchasing and logistics.

You will travel mainly in Sweden and Europe and a couple of times a year to North America and Asia.

Qualifications

You have a relevant background with a technical and/or commercial focus and experience from working internationally. You are results-oriented and driven by building relationships and doing business. You are used to working towards set goals and see this as a challenge. To succeed in this role, you must have a close collaboration and high presence with the customer.

To thrive, you should be unpretentious, humble, and used to working with different types of people. Furthermore, we see that you are structured in your way of working and used to working with continuous reporting and follow-up.

You communicate freely in Swedish and English. Other languages are meritorious.
