IT Associate Director Infrastructure, Cambrex Karlskoga - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

We are now strengthening our IT organization and are looking for you who want to own and lead Cambrex Employee Productivity and Infrastructure. In this role you'll be responsible for the IT infrastructure at Cambrex. You'll be stationed in Karlskoga but work towards, and with, the entire global organization. Due to the global character of this role, international travels will be a part of it. 

This recrutiment process is managed by AxÖ Consulting, but you will be employed by Cambrex. 

Work Tasks

• Owner of the IT Productivity and infrastructure products, for example: Cloud services such as Azure, on prem services such as VMware, communication services such as LAN, WAN, Firewalls, workplace devices services such as, mobile device management, end user computing, directory services, Citrix, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, email, file service, etc. 
• Ensuring daily operations, lifecycle management, project delivery, as well as ensuring end user support to Cambrex sites.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations and balance operational tasks with long-term strategic technology and security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain multiple project plans; define scope and objectives for technology initiatives.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and external service providers.
• Key member of Cambrex IT Leadership team. 

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual who has a bachelor's degree in information system, computer science or closely related field, or work experience that is considered equal. 
You have preferably at least 5 years of management experience and at least 7 years in the IT infrastructure area. You feel comfortable in leading teams on a global level across time zones. You have experience in operational and project budgets, you know how to manage external providers and contract negotiation. Preferably you have experience in managing computer systems in a GxP environment and from working in SAFe Agile managed organization.

You are a person who feels comfortable in communicating verbally and written, in both English and Swedish.

We put great value at your communication skills since you will be the organizations center piece of the IT infrastructure. 
We're looking for someone who can implement their personal skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
