Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Nolato Silikonteknik, you will play a central role in driving and developing the company’s long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will focus on the company’s customers within the defence industry, understanding their needs and ensuring that Nolato's solutions meet and exceed their expectations.

You will be based on our site in Hallsberg, Sweden, and report to the Plant manager at Nolato PPT in England

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and act as the point of contact for Nolato’s key customers and its suppliers within the defence industry in the Swedish and Nordic regions, ensuring targeted goals and budget requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Nolato’s key customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer value.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and ensure Nolato’s offerings are at the forefront.
  • Provide regular reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Several years of experience in sales and customer management, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related fields.
  • A university degree in engineering, economics, or equivalent. Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with technical products and solutions, preferably within the polymer or silicone industry, is advantageous.
